This service is for couples who have their venue, vendors, and decor nailed down but want to delegate the month of execution to someone other than family or close friends. This package is for couples who have their venue, vendors, and decor nailed down but want someone else to handle the month of execution. Annika will check in 90, 60, and 30 days before the wedding to ensure everything is on track. She will then act as your day-of wedding coordinator. Pricing 2024: Starting at $1,000 2025: Starting at $1,000 2026: Starting at $1,200 Wedding Day Management Timeline: 4-12 Weeks out Prior to The Wedding Date Wedding Management includes: • (2) meetings (one initial and one final) • 90, 60, and 30 Day check-ins • Rehearsal Walk-through • Review of all design logistics for both ceremony and reception space • Finalization of details with all vendors (including venue) • Management of decor and other necessary items • Detailed day-of timeline and event production schedule with necessary vendors and VIP’s • Execute event day according to the timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for • Coordination & collaboration with venue staff • (1) Event Assistant (with the potential of more) • Oversight of the event for the entire length of time agreed upon
